For all CirqueCon 2010 attendees, we have reserved a block of studio suites (with your choice of either one king bed or two double beds) at the group-rate for each of the two nights we'll be in Montréal (Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st), for singles, couples or parties of 3 or more. Rates quoted are the base rate; applicable taxes of 16% will apply.

ARRIVING EARLY / STAYING LATER?

"Hakuna Matata!" It means "no worries" and by staying with us you don't have to! Our group rate is guaranteed up to three days prior and three days after our time in Montréal, just for early arrivals (Tuesday 4/27, Wednesday, 4/28 and Thursday 4/29) and late departures (Sunday 5/2, Monday 5/3 and Tuesday 5/4). "It’s our problem-free philosophy!"

HAVING RESERVATION PROBLEMS?

It seems the website reservation system may not be recognizing our block of rooms beyond our "official" event dates. If you're having problems making your reservation online, here's what you do:

1. Call the hotel and initiate the reservation over the phone directly at 514.875.4333 (24 Hours). Be sure to mention you are in the CIRQUECON group.
    
2. Make the reservation through the website inside the "official" dates, then call the hotel directly to modify your reservation.

Our block extends from Tuesday, April 27th through Tuesday, May 4th for your convenience!

After you make your reservation, please send a message to us at newyork@cirquecon.com and let us know about your reservation. We will need the following information:

• Your Name
• How many people in your room
• Your Check-in Date
• Your Check-out Date
• Number of Rooms Reserved

Some other things to consider...

Deadline -- Friday, March 5, 2010 is the last day reservations can be made, subject to room availability. All unused rooms will be released back to the hotel after that date!

Parking -- Parking in the underground lot is $18.50 USD/night ($19.00 CDN) (approx. $21.00 USD ($21.45 CDN) with taxes) for compacts through mini-vans. Extra-large vehicles will be charged $27.25 USD/night ($28.00 CDN) (approx. $29.35 USD ($30.10 CDN) with taxes.

Deluxe Rooms -- Deluxe rooms, slightly larger than Standard rooms, are available for an extra $20.00 CDN per night. Some Deluxe rooms have terraces available for an additional $10.00 CDN per night.

Check-in/out Time -- Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is Noon. Late check-out is available but it’s expensive: one-half the cost of a room-night to stay until 3pm, full price if you want to stay later.

Cancellation -- You can cancel at any time up to 6pm on the day of arrival with no penalties.
