We have rates for Standard Rooms with either 1 King or 1 Queen bed, or Double Rooms with two Double Beds. Rooms have either street or courtyard views. There are no room charges for those ages 18 or under, when in the same room and using the same bedding (the hotel does not have rollaways). All rates below are quoted in US Dollars, are the base per-night rate, and subect to applicable fees and taxes (taxes are currently 14.75% plus $3.50 per day) for single or double occupancy in Standard Rooms or up to four people maximum in Double Rooms.
ARRIVING EARLY / STAYING LATER? Don't worry - we have secured rooms for several days before AND after our event, so our members can have flexibility with their travel plans! On The Ave Hotel has quoted one set of rates for Friday and Saturday nights and another set for all other nights. After you make your reservation, please send a message to us at newyork@cirquecon.com and let us know about your reservation. We will need the following information: Some other things to consider... Deadline -- Monday, March 8, 2010 is the last day reservations can be made, subject to room availability. All unused rooms will be released back to the hotel after that date! Parking -- Valet parking is available for $55.50 USD day ($60.00 for trucks/SUV’s) including taxes (no in-n-out privileges). Self-parking is available across the street at Hertz parking, $43.50/day including taxes (no in-n-out privileges). Check-in/out Time -- Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is Noon. Complimentary luggage storage is available. Cancellation -- You can cancel at any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no penalties.
