DEADLINE FOR T-SHIRT ORDERS SUNDAY, MARCH 28TH AT 11:59PM EDT We were so excited to announce our two T-Shirt concepts for CirqueCon 2010 we didn't have everything in place yet. We've signed the dotted line and can now place your official orders; but don't delay - we have a tight turn-around so get your payments in today! Due to the unique nature of our event this year - Three Shows, Two Cities, One Event - we have two different designs from which to choose! Each short-sleeved T-shirt is $16.50 USD ($17.50 USD via PayPal) a piece and is available in Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large (sorry, no long-sleeved shirts or sweatshirts available this year). All we need to know is how many, in which colors (Green or Black), and at what size (S/M/L/XL/XXL). Interested in sprinkling a little Disney magic at your performance of Lion King and at the same tiem help out a charity? For those who already have tickets in hand or for those who are still on the fence about joining us at The Lion King on Tuesday night (during CirqueCon's Broadway Night), consider this: we've approached Disney Theatrical Productions about the possibility of treating ticket holders within our group to a special meet and greet with the cast and crew of the show. They are quite receptive, but there are a few things we need to know: 1) Would you be willing to help out the Broadway AIDS foundation? A modest donation of $250 per group is asked by the cast and crew of the show. 2) How many plan to attend the show (during our "Broadway Night" performance only), and how many would be interested in attending something special? While we cannot guarantee what "special activities" would be offered to us, we feel this is a wonderful possibility to help an outstanding charity and at the same time make our night even more magical. If you're coming to our Group show and are interested in the possiblities, please let us know. The more who come the less the donation is per person!
